ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમ, 1993 નં.KP/ 28 ઓફ 2025/PRHRDD/KRT/E-FILE/14/2023/0347/ KH:- ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમ, 1993 (ગુજરાત સરકાર) ની કલમ 274 સાથે વાંચેલી કલમ 227 ની પેટા કલમ (5) દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી સત્તાઓનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે (ગુજરાત સરકારના નિયમો 1993) અહી આગળ બનાવે છે. ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવાઓ (વર્ગ III) ભરતી (પરીક્ષા) નિયમો, 2021 માં સુધારો કરો, એટલે કે:-
1. (1) આ નિયમોને ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવાઓ (વર્ગ III) ભરતી (પરીક્ષા) (સુધારા) નિયમો, 2025 કહી શકાય.
(2) તેઓ સત્તાવાર ગેઝેટમાં તેમના પ્રકાશનની તારીખથી અમલમાં આવશે.
2. ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવાઓ (વર્ગ III) ભરતી (પરીક્ષા) નિયમો, 2021 માં, “પરિશિષ્ટ – A” અને “પરિશિષ્ટ – B” માટે, અનુક્રમે નીચેના પરિશિષ્ટ – A અને પરિશિષ્ટ – Bને બદલવામાં આવશે, એટલે કે:-

NOTE: The question papers shall be of objective type MCQs (multiple choice questions).
